Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain long-term, trust-driven client relationships, serving as the main point of contact to drive satisfaction and retention
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs to ensure timely delivery of appropriate products and services with a focus on continued increase in turnover and profit
- Gather, analyse, and maintain accurate client information to support effective decision-making
- Ensure client compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address client needs
- Recommend tailored solutions through upselling and cross-selling, based on client needs and processing insights
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the financial services industry
- Relevant experience with a B2B business model; specific knowledge of fintech sector and e-commerce would be an asset
- Strong client orientation, sharp analytical skills, and strict attention to detail
- Result orientation with the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Aspiration for professional and personal growth; willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent oral and written command of English and Russian
- Advanced negotiation skills to successfully develop and retain client accounts
- Strong team player
