Responsibilities:

• Register, analyze, and process incoming chargebacks in accordance with the rules and requirements established by international payment systems (VISA/MasterCard)
• Communicate and cooperate with merchants regarding received chargebacks
• Monitor and ensure internal procedures comply with the rules and regulations of international payment systems
• Provide advisory support to other departments on chargeback-related matters

Requirements:

• Education in banking, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred
• Some experience or internship in payments, disputes, or customer service is a plus, preferably within the financial services sector
• Strong command of English, with good proficiency in Russian and Latvian
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking and punctuality

Salary Range: 1400- 1900 EUR Gross/month
