Responsibilities

• Compliance Product Strategy: Define the strategic requirements for compliance initiatives, focusing on automation, efficiency, and scalability (e.g., automated KYC/AML, dynamic risk monitoring)
• Requirements Generation: Author clear, detailed, and technically-informed specifications, processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Operations and Engineering teams, ensuring all product builds meet regulatory standards and deliver customer-centric outcomes
• AI/RegTech Focus: Work directly with data science and engineering to implement solutions that leverage AI/ML and external data for high-speed, effective compliance processes (e.g., automated AI agent for merchant onboarding workflows and analysis, enhanced due diligence flagging, customer outcomes mapping, compliance monitoring analytics)
• Framework Design: Establish the robust, auditable framework for new compliance products, including responsibility for defining testing, monitoring, and oversight procedures
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to align priorities and ensure seamless deployment of new features and products within a regulated environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within Compliance or RegTech, preferably in financial services, payments, or merchant acquiring
• Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated experience working with data-driven products, AI concepts, or complex systems integration
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC, PSD2) and the ability to interpret them into actionable technical requirements
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating between regulatory language and technical specifications
• Proficiency in English
