Office Manager

Responsibilities
- Keeping our office running smoothly: managing supplies, office welfare, and financial reporting in Excel
- Sprucing up our workspace: updating furniture and creating more room for our growing team
- Organizing meals and snacks for the office crew
- Planning fun office events, team-building activities, and decorating for holidays.
- Managing our office warehouse and sending merch to other locations
- Handling office mail and packages
- Coordinating business trips for colleagues: booking flights, hotels, and keeping track of expenses
- Greeting guests and offering coffee, tea, or water
- Booking restaurants and cafes for team meetings/team-building events
- Collaborating with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the office stays tidy and fully equipped
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Organized and proactive candidate, able to juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
- Hospitality is your second name, you enjoy working with people and can connect with anyone.
- Willing and able to take initiative, high sense of responsibility and accuracy
- Comfortable using Excel and other office tools
- Attention to details and strong planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, structured and analytical personality with good stress-resistance
