About the role
The Channel Sales & Partnerships Executive will drive growth by expanding our partner ecosystem and maximising value from existing relationships. You will identify new partnership opportunities, optimise processes, and support strategic initiatives across Channel Sales and General Partnerships. We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded professional ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new channel and strategic partnership opportunities to grow Ecommpay’s partner pipeline
- Manage early-stage partner assessments and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant introduction process
- Oversee the collection and management of compliance documentation, including follow-up for TPA due diligence and PCI DSS requirements
- Act as the primary liaison across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance) to enable seamless partner collaboration
- Develop and refine partnership lifecycle processes to maximise partner engagement, retention, and revenue contribution
- Represent Ecommpay at industry events, partner forums, conferences, and webinars to build brand presence and expand the network
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and partner ecosystem developments to inform team strategy
- Execute one-off assignments and strategic projects delegated by the Channel Sales & Partnerships Lead to support key initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in the payments industry is essential
- Prior experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles is highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Basic understanding of commercial concepts with analytical thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to new challenges
