Responsibilities

• Support fraud prevention activities aimed at minimizing fraud-related risks

• Monitor, identify, and analyse suspicious and potentially fraudulent payment card transactions

• Participate in the investigation and analysis of fraud incidents, including identifying root causes and supporting mitigation actions

• Collaborate with internal teams and other business units on fraud monitoring and prevention matters

• Provide basic guidance and support to merchants on fraud-related questions and best practices

• Communicate fraud alerts and recommendations to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Some experience or strong interest in payments, transaction monitoring or fraud prevention

• Familiarity with financial services, payments, or merchant acquiring is preferable

• Intermediate Excel skills, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis

• Good written English skills for clear documentation, reporting, and communication

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks accurately

• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

• Education in banking, finance, economics, or a related field is considered a plus

Salary Range: 1600- 2100 EUR Gross/month
