If you enjoy working with production services, analyzing their performance, and ensuring application stability, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain the stability and availability of production systems

• Analyze codebases (PHP / SQL)

• Resolve production incidents

• Optimize code, applications, and database queries

• Conduct disaster recovery drills and load testing

• Set up and improve monitoring and observability tools

• Participate in improving cross-team processes and planning product requirements

What we expect from you:

• 4+ years of experience with PHP, SQL, and OOP (SOLID principles required)

• Experience with distributed systems and message brokers (Kafka)

• Experience with asynchronous systems and understanding of data bus architecture

• Understanding of transactional systems (ACID principles)

• Knowledge of approaches for high-load modern web applications;

• Understanding of application and database operations under high load, including geo-distributed replication

• System administration experience is a plus

• Experience with Java and Go is a plus

• Ability to work in a team, defend your solutions, and accept constructive feedback.
