You have a unique chance to be the driving force behind Ecommpay's payment platform as a Business Success Team Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective support, focusing on solving issues

• Take over merchants after onboarding and ensure smooth operational launch and future growth

• Analyse transaction flows, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement improvements

• Maintain accurate merchant data and independently resolve inconsistencies

• Actively drive upsales and identify growth opportunities based on merchant business specifics

• Take responsibility for merchant-related issues and see them through to resolution

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in customer support or similar roles, preferably within the financial services sector

• Good proficiency in English and Russian (required for communication with English-speaking and Russian-speaking customers); Latvian is considered an advantage

• Customer-centric mindset, stress-resilience, problem-solving, and ability to meet set deadlines

• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently

• Willingness to learn and develop in dynamic environment

• Education in banking, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred

Salary Range: 1800-2200 EUR Gross/month
