As a Business Success Team Assistant at Ecommpay, you’ll play an important role in supporting our merchants with their day-to-day operational needs, helping resolve issues and making sure they can rely on our solutions when it matters most.

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to understand merchant needs, investigate issues, support transaction-related queries and help identify ways to improve how things work. Over time, you’ll build a strong understanding of payment operations, develop your problem-solving skills and gain valuable insight into how businesses use our solutions.

What you will do:

• Enter the merchant related information and check for presence of the necessary documents

• Provide support in daily work and to carry out various tasks to the Direct Supervisor

• Control and meet the deadlines of the Business Success Team activities

• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials

• Internal regulatory documents formulation and improvement

• Monitor progress of current projects and provide updates to the team

• Support the team in responding to merchant requests when required

• Timely submit information and reports upon the request

What we are looking for:

• Education in banking, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred

• Some experience or internship in a similar position is a plus, preferably within the financial services sector

• Good proficiency in English and Russian is required for communication with English-speaking and Russian-speaking customers; Latvian is considered an advantage

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and work independently

Salary Range: 1500-1800 EUR Gross/month
